At Rosemunde Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
